Real life, Real solutions

You might initially be hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but I’m confident that no problem is too great to overcome. Through therapy, there is always a way to address the issues you face and learn coping strategies to help. I look forward to the opportunity to support you through this process. As a divorced mother of two young adult sons, navigating a healthy balance of career, family, co-parenting, etc.; has not always been easy. I work with women experiencing feelings associated with depression, anxiety, addiction recovery, codependency, and adjustment challenges (e.g. parenting, marriage, divorce, etc.) Together we will work through perceived barriers, until you emerge stronger, wiser, and empowered. We will work together to determine your goals and create a plan specifically for you to accomplish them.

My Therapeutic Approach

Therapeutic approaches I most commonly utilize for positive changes come from a wide range of evidenced based treatment modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, etc.). I understand the importance of an individualized treatment approach, the genuineness of rapport building, the complexity of human behaviors, and the impact of environment and family systems. My professional foundation of education, clinical trainings, individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, clinical supervision, and Program Director; has led me to my life’s passion of helping individuals reach their highest potential.

Just for Fun

Painting is my thing! I enjoy seeing the opportunities in white canvas. As often as possible I tap into creativity with a wide range of acrylic paint. Between music, painting, and taking long walks in the park; I have been able to create a much needed therapeutic balance in my life.
