Join Our Team at The Well Woman

Welcome to The Well Woman.

We’re so glad you’re here.

The Well Woman is a clinician-centered group practice created for therapists who value meaningful connection, high-quality care, and sustainable work. We believe therapy is most impactful when clinicians feel supported, aligned, and grounded in their work.

Our team is made up of thoughtful, compassionate professionals who care deeply about their clients and their own growth. We prioritize collaboration, connection, and a practice culture rooted in integrity, respect, and excellence.

The Well Woman is seeking dedicated therapists to join our practice and community of collaborative, values-driven clinicians to serve our clients with excellence, empathy, and culturally aware care. We are seeking fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP) and associate licensed social workers (LMSW) to join our team.

Our Vision and Mission

At The Well Woman, our vision is to be a place of comfort, support, and growth for women
seeking services and the women who serve them. Our mission is to remove mental health
barriers for women so they can thrive. We will champion the voices of the women
we serve and awaken them to the wise woman within so that they can manifest
their desired life.

Collaboration – Our team is united in the belief that quality care is for all people. With that, we promise a collaborative environment where we are all working toward the betterment of women.

Growth – We positively change the lives of many so that they may go forth and continue to positively affect the lives of others. As The Well Woman expands its services, ideas, and reach, our vision will be achieved.

Professional Development – We value competence and believe learning is never-ending. We seek continuing education opportunities that advance our skill set, expertise, and personal growth.

Customer Service – We believe that it is a calling to serve others and are humbled by the opportunity to serve. The feeling from a positive experience can last a lifetime, and we want to provide just that.

Respect – We value each person as unique and treat them accordingly. We all hold our own set of values, talents, and perspectives, and we respect each person’s right to do so without judgment.
