Hi, I’m Jasmine, a passionate mom dedicated to empowering mothers on their journey through parenting. While motherhood can be deeply rewarding, it can also feel isolating, overwhelming, and far from the picture-perfect images we’re often shown. It’s not uncommon for women who are navigating new motherhood, anxiety, or co-parenting challenges to feel like they’ve lost pieces of themselves. As a result, we often protect ourselves by pushing through, staying silent, or striving to do it all alone.
I help women release the pressure to be perfect and embrace the whole truth of their experiences, including the complex parts. It’s my passion to help moms heal from perinatal mood disorders, rewrite harmful narratives, and find their voice again, without the weight of the “superwoman” stigma.
Helping You Get Back to You
As a millennial mom, I understand the real-life challenges of parenting while also trying to grow personally and professionally. I work with mothers doing their best to show up for their children while also learning to show up for themselves. I also work with pregnant women to educate and prepare them for the postpartum journey, with an emphasis on decreasing the occurrence of postpartum depression. Whether you’re dealing with postpartum changes, relationship shifts, or just trying to remember who you were before motherhood, I’m here to support you. You don’t have to do this alone.
My Therapeutic Approach
I create a safe, supportive space that fosters growth. I use a mix of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and empowerment-based strategies to help women build healthy boundaries, process difficult emotions, and regain a sense of self. The therapeutic relationship should feel authentic and collaborative, and I work with my clients to develop practical tools they can use in everyday life. Group sessions are especially important to me; they’re where honest conversations, connection, and healing often flourish.
Professional Experience
I have over seven years of experience in the mental health field, with a focus on supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and complex care systems. My work has spanned outpatient clinics, hospice care, and community-based family programs. Most notably, I have significant experience working with mothers to prevent postpartum depression.

Just for Fun
When I’m not leading therapy groups for moms, you can find me spending quality time with my family, traveling, and enjoying music. My favorite mantra is, “Are you going to cry about it, or boss up?” My answer? I’m going to do both!
